WHAT TYPES OF HEALTH INSURANCE DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept most insurances from medicare to medicaid, auto insurances, and work claims. We also offer great self-pay rates. Insurance does not cover weight loss treatmetns.

DO I NEED A DOCTOR’S REFERRAL?

Although most insurances do not require a referral for an appointment, there are a few that do. Please call us at (302) 390-2402 if you have any questions or concerns regarding referrals.

WHAT CONDITIONS DO YOU TREAT?

We offer a variety of treatments for various injuries from headaches, neck pain, back pain, knee, shoulder, or joint pain. We treat injuries related to work, auto accidents, sports, or even daily tasks.

Do you offer transportation?

In some cases, we are able to work out transportation to and from our office with your insurance company. Please call us for more information.
